The highest resistance accuracy: 0.05%; the minimum resistance resolution: 10μΩ.Temperature compensation function (TC); basic temperature accuracy: 0.1ºC. Maximum test range: 10μΩ~200kΩ. Zero base design, weak resistance test does not need to be cleared. Maximum test speed of single channel: 40 times/sec. 3 bins of comparison function: GD/over upper limit/over lower limit.
